Chapter 1
Problem & Idea
After after investigating 50 design portfolios, I realised that not even one designer chose to publish a portfolio case study. In a design world with a lot of good templates and AI support I saw a gap for my portfolio idea: An iterative and agile portfolio à la Design Thinking.

Chapter 2
Research
Regarding design portfolios I haven't been able to find some scientific sources. In order to fill this gap and define the user personas for design portfolios, I organised interviews, user test and feedback sessions as part of the first Schricko© BETA and then defined the following user personas.

v0.1
For the MVP and to set the foundation for the first applications, I started with the framer template Athos and implemented my content of the previous projects.

v1.0 - Current version
Several ADPList session, user-tests and expert interviews with the target audience and the user personas later, I was able to publish the first official live version - v1.0! Design changes were made based on the research, Nielsen heuristics and UX laws.

Chapter 4
Testing
For the testing and I decided to choose a mix-method approach, starting with a qualitative testing in the BETA followed by KPI-based data analysis and a survey with the LIVE Version.

Qualitative testing
I chose a 3-step user testing with a pre-session, the tasks and the post-session stage to get divers information from the traget audience.
